Overview role based administration

In cybernality there are various roles to professionally handle the administration of payment accounts, subscriptions and feeds in a team.

The following table lists and explains these different roles:

Role name	Description	Scope
Payment Account Admin	Responsible for managing the payment account. It has to be a cybernality user. Permissions: Delete Payment Account Manage Payment Account in Stripe Add or delete other Payment Account Admins Create and delete Subscriptions Manage Subscription plans Add or delete Subscription Admins	only for commercial accounts
Subscription Admin	Responsible for managing the subscription. It has to be a cybernality user. Permissions: Create, read and delete Subscribers Create, read and delete Notification Options Create, read and delete Feeds Create, read and delete Feed Views Add/revoke sub to/from Mgmt. Group	only for commercial accounts
Subscriber	Is able to use the subscription as intended. Permissions: Do a search Create, read, edit and delete Feeds Receive feed notifications Create, read, edit and delete feed views	Applies only to subscribers of type “cybernality user”
MGM User	Is able to use the specific features cross-subscription. This role is intended to give the option for better reporting and analysis. Permissions: Search, read result items in one Mgmt. Group Search, read feed logs in one Mgmt. Group Use and create spreading Feed Views No creation or editing of feeds, read only	only for commercial accounts
