Commercial management of the "Payment Account" requires the "Payment Account Admin" role.

Default assignment

The user who created the "Payment Account" was automatically assigned the roles of "Payment Account Admin" and "Subscription Admin".

The Payment Account Card

The card for a "Payment Account" shows its name, the company name and the Payment Account Admins. The actions that can be carried out for the payment account are listed at the bottom:

Change Payment Account Information

Payment account information can only be changed via our payment provider Stripe (see below)!

Manage Payment Account on Stripe

cybernality uses the Stripe payment platform to process payments. All commercial information is also managed here. To manage your own information in Stripe, please click on the corresponding Stripe symbol. This opens an external website with the Stripe customer portal.

You can do the following here:

  • Cancelling a subscription

  • Change, add or delete payment methods

  • Manage the billing address etc.

  • View and download invoices

To get back to your “Payment Account” list view you have to click on “back to addoptIO GmbH (cybernality) in the left area of the page.

Manage “Payment Account Admins”

To add or delete a “Payment Account Admin” click on the following symbol on the action panel:

The following view will be shown:

Prerequisites for adding an admin

In order to define an admin, this person must have a cybernality user with a display name. The display name also have to be searchable, which you can define in the Profile section of the user: https://app.cybernality.com/personalsettings?tab=Profile

Prerequisites for deleting an admin

To delete an admin, you must first ensure that at least one other admin is defined. You cannot delete yourself as an admin.

Manage “Subscription Admins”

To add or delete a “Subscription Admin” click on the following symbol on the action panel:

The following view will be shown:

First you have to select the subscription in the dropdown for which you want to make the changes.

How to delete a “Payment Account”?

To delete a payment account, you must first cancel the associated subscriptions. You can only delete the payment account once these have expired and there are no more current subscriptions.
